What to Bring
To make the most of your evening at the Levitt Pavilion, bring a fun attitude, a lawn chair or blanket for relaxing, snacks or a picnic dinner, and a cooler with beverages, including beer and wine (but no glass containers, please). You might also want a hat, sunscreen, bug spray or other protection from Mother Nature. If it looks like rain, you might want an umbrella. Don’t forget the most important thing – your family and friends for sharing the fun, the music, and most of all, the magic!
The Levitt's Brock-Saxe Great Lawn
The Levitt Pavilion is located in Founders Plaza at 100 W. Abram St. on the corner of Abram and Center streets, directly across the street from City Hall.
The audience is seated on an open lawn, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to be sure that you get your favorite spot! Please do not set up tents, beach umbrellas or other coverings that will get in the way of others seeing the stage. Also please do not put any kind of stakes in the lawn that might damage the sprinkler system.
For Your Health & Safety
The Levitt staff, crew and volunteers will continue to wear masks. For your health and the health of others, we encourage you to be considerate and wear a mask on the Levitt lawn. The Levitt has taken health and safety precautions to help make your visit to the lawn as safe as possible. Antibacterial stations are located by the restrooms and throughout the concert area. A cleaning crew will sanitize the bathrooms before, during and after concerts. Please do not attend concerts if you are not feeling well, have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, or have been exposed to COVID-19.
Amenities
The Levitt's restrooms are located underneath the Levitt Center on the southwest corner of the Levitt lawn. They include a family restroom and handicapped accessible restrooms.
Food vendors are available at the pavilion. J. Gilligan’s cooks burgers, veggie burgers, chicken, quesadillas and their world-famous Irish nachos and sells beer and wine, including home-town brew from Legal Draft. Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has delicious frozen treats. We periodically have popsicles from Steel City Pops and gourmet cotton candy from Spun. Please note that not all vendors are available at every concert, except J. Gilligan's. For concerts when we anticipate large crowds, food trucks may be available.
Accessibility
The Levitt Pavilion and Founders Plaza are easily accessible for physically challenged patrons. All of the parking lots around the Levitt have designated handicapped parking. Ramps lead to the lawn on the Abram Street side of the park. All four entrances are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can be parked all along the sidewalks, on the lawn and on a concrete pad near the front of the stage on the right side of the lawn.
Cell Phones
During the concert, please keep your phone in silent or vibrate mode. We love Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and encourage you to Tweet and post about the performers and the fun you're having during the show!
Pets
Your furry family members can come to the concert, but they must be on a leash and under your control at all times, well behaved, not aggressive or disruptive, and you must clean up after them. If a dog is aggressive or disruptive and spoils the concert experience for others, you will be asked to come back to enjoy a concert another time. Please also consider if the concert volume is appropriate for your dog's sensitive ears.
The Kids
All of the Levitt’s concerts are family friendly, and the Levitt lawn is a great place for the kids! Please be responsible for your children, and make sure they don’t disturb the people around you who are there to enjoy the concert. Please also stop your kids from littering, destroying any of the park’s beautiful plants, and for their safety, please don’t let them climb on or around the large speakers at the front of the stage. It also isn't safe for them to climb on top of any of the high walls at the pavilion.
Smoking
There is no smoking on the Levitt Pavilion lawn, including e-cigarettes or vapor cigarettes. If you must smoke, please move away from the lawn area. An Arlington city ordinance prohibits smoking within 50 feet of a city park. The Levitt is in Founders Plaza, an Arlington city park.
Rain
Texas weather is unpredictable, and Levitt Pavilion concerts may be cancelled at the last minute due to lightning or bad weather. The first place to check on a concert's status is the 24-hour Information Line at 817.543.4301. Cancelled concerts and weather updates also are posted on the Levitt’s Facebook page, Twitter and on the Levitt's mobile app, Levitt Arlington. On the Levitt mobile app, you can sign up for weather alert notifications to come directly to you on your phone.
