About Levitt Pavilion Arlington
Levitt Pavilion Arlington is a member of the family of Levitt Pavilions across the country and the only one in Texas. The Arlington Levitt was the first Levitt Pavilion to be built from the ground up. Before the Arlington location, the Levitts were all refurbished band shells. The pavilion provides more than 50 free concerts a year with a broad-based, eclectic list of local, regional, national and international professional musical artists from world music to jazz and Indie artists and home-grown country to hot Tejano rhythms. The concerts have included a long list of Grammy Award winners and nominees, Juno and Latin Grammy winners and nominees, pioneers in their music genres, and Lifetime Achievement Award winners.
Located in Founders Plaza in the heart of Downtown Arlington and Arlington’s Cultural Center, the Levitt Pavilion’s programs provide our community with an accessible gathering place for free music and performing arts open to everyone – all ages, all ethnicities, all neighborhoods and all income levels, especially those families who could not afford to enjoy and benefit from music and the performing arts in any other way.
