Levitt Arlington is proud to partner with the Jordan Tourism Board to bring you the Visit Jordan Experience, a free three-day festival at Levitt Pavilion Arlington celebrating Jordan’s historic first-ever qualification for the FIFA World Cup 26™. 

Enjoy public viewings of multiple FIFA World Cup 26™ matches, including the highly anticipated Jordan vs. Argentina match on Saturday night, while exploring Jordanian culture through immersive tourism experiences, authentic cuisine, live entertainment, shopping, family activities and interactive exhibits.

Guests can take a virtual journey through Jordan, browse a vibrant street bazaar, sample Jordanian and Middle Eastern favorites, and register daily for a chance to win round-trip airfare to Jordan.

The festival opens approximately one hour before the first match each day and remains open through the conclusion of the final match.

TICKETING & ENTRY
This is a FREE event. No tickets are required for general admission.

Entry Points
There are two entrances to the event:
Abrams Street Entrance
South Street Entrance

Security Screening
All guests must pass through security screening upon entry, including:
Walk-through metal detectors
Bag inspection — all approved bags will be tagged with a bag tag upon entry

Wristbands
All guests will receive a wristband at the entrance upon passing security screening. Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required for re-entry.

Re-Entry Policy
There are no in-and-out privileges. If you exit the event for any reason, you will be required to go through security screening again upon re-entry. Please plan accordingly.

Age Policy
This event is open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING
Sunscreen and sunglasses
Chairs (if in a carrying case, they must be removed at the entrance for bag check)
Blankets
Hats
Sneakers or other comfortable footwear
Empty reusable water bottles and CamelBaks (must be empty upon entry)
Up to 2 sealed water bottles
Prescription medication (valid photo ID required)
Small personal umbrella (no beach umbrellas)
Strollers for the use of carrying a child (will be searched at entry)
Clear bags only — see Bag Policy below

Bag Policy — Clear Bags Only
All bags brought into the venue must meet one of the following requirements:
Clear bag: no larger than 12″ × 6″ × 12″
Clear, resealable one-gallon bag
Small non-clear clutch purse: no larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″
All approved bags will be tagged with a bag tag at the entrance. No backpacks or bags larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″ that are not clear will be permitted.

Exception: One diaper bag per infant present is permitted. Diaper bags may only contain baby food or formula, medication, necessary medical supplies for the infant, and hygiene products such as diapers and wipes. Up to 2 bottles of water per infant accompanied by powder baby formula are also permitted.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are NOT permitted inside the event:

Weapons
All weapons, including firearms, knives of any length, batons, knuckles, and clubs
Bats, batons, or any item that could be used to strike a person
Toys that resemble firearms or other weapons
Note: The licensed open carry and licensed concealed carry of handguns are both prohibited at this event under Texas Penal Code §§ 30.06 and 30.07.

Food & Beverage
No outside food or drinks are permitted (exceptions: up to 2 sealed water bottles, and diaper bag provisions noted above)
No alcohol of any kind — this is a strictly alcohol-free event
No glass bottles
Coolers and lunch boxes

Bags & Gear
Non-clear backpacks or bags larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″
Tactical gear or clothing that resembles a public safety uniform
Wagons
Skateboards and bikes

Hazardous & Prohibited Items
Aerosol spray cans with hazardous contents, including pepper spray or mace
Fireworks, flammable products, projectiles, or explosives
Corrosive or staining substances
Alcohol, illegal drugs, substances, or any related paraphernalia
Unsealed over-the-counter medications or vitamins
Unsealed tampons

Event Conduct Items
Selfie sticks, drones, and laser pens or pointers of any type
Noisemakers such as air horns
Unapproved stickers, fliers, or signage
Tents or any items designed to be staked or driven into the ground
Masks (medical masks are permitted; guests will be asked to briefly remove them at entry for security and may replace them once inside)

Animals
Animals are not allowed on event grounds, with the exception of service animals.

Event staff reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any item deemed a threat to public safety. Guests attempting to bring prohibited items will be asked to dispose of them prior to entry. LOCKERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Guests in possession of illegal items will be referred to the Arlington Police Department.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS
This event will NOT be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated through official event channels.

This event takes place outdoors in Arlington, Texas in late June. Temperatures will be hot. Please come prepared:
Shade is available but limited — bring a small personal handheld umbrella
Stay hydrated — water is available inside the venue
Wear lightweight, breathable clothing and comfortable footwear
Apply sunscreen before arrival
Check the weather forecast before you attend each day

No tents, canopies, or any items that must be staked or driven into the ground are permitted.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue from on-site vendors.

Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted, with the following exceptions:
Up to 2 sealed water bottles per guest
Diaper bag provisions for infants (see Bag Policy above)

This is a strictly alcohol-free event. No alcohol of any kind is permitted on the premises.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Your attendance at this event constitutes your permission for your likeness to be captured by photo and video, and be used for promotional use by the event producers and venue (Jordan Tourism Board, Walk Talkin International LLC and Levitt Pavilion).

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is welcome. We encourage guests to share their experience on social media.

Personal cameras, phones, and small recording devices are permitted
Professional cameras with detachable lenses are NOT permitted without prior coordination and valid media credentials
Selfie sticks and drones are prohibited

Unauthorized commercial photography, filming, or recording is strictly prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY
An ADA viewing area is available inside the venue
Strollers are permitted for the use of carrying a child and will be searched at the entrance
Service animals are welcome
Mobility device rentals are not available on-site — please bring your own if needed

HEALTH & SAFETY
The safety and well-being of all guests is our highest priority.

A first aid station will be available on-site
In the event of a medical emergency, notify the nearest event staff member immediately
In case of extreme heat symptoms — dizziness, nausea, or confusion — seek shade immediately and notify event staff

All guests are subject to metal detector screening and bag inspection at entry. Event staff and Arlington Police Department will be present throughout the event.

GUEST CONDUCT
Zero Tolerance Policy
We are committed to a strict zero tolerance policy on discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind — including based on sexual conduct, race, sex, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, beliefs, or socio-economic background.
Disorderly conduct, disturbance of the peace, and hate speech will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed by police and banned from re-entry, including on future event days.

Prohibited Conduct
No crowd surfing or moshing
No unauthorized vending, solicitation, handbills, sampling, or giveaways
Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas only — signage will be posted on-site
Guests must not block walkways or emergency access points

LOST & FOUND & GUEST SERVICES
The Info Booth is located next to the Levitt Center and serves as the central point for:
Lost & Found
Lost children / family reunification
Guest services and general assistance

If you become separated from a member of your group, proceed immediately to the Info Booth next to the Levitt Center or notify the nearest event staff member.
