Since their first album in 2008 went number two in the nation on the Americana charts, The Tejas Brothers have been making the accordion cool with an original sound born on a little stage in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Considered to be one of the best live acts in Texas, the high-energy quartet breaks musical boundaries with a show that’s packed with original tunes, catchy melodies and unforgettable hooks with a sprinkling of new spice given to familiar classics. The group released their third CD, Live a Little More, last spring with guest appearances from Larry Joe Taylor, Augie Meyers and Deryl Dodd. The Tejas Brothers are fun, funny, amazing, breathtaking, inspiring and honest – making their audiences fall in love with them at every performance. Their sound is unique, yet familiar … like something brand new on top of something we’ve all known and loved forever.
Free admission unless it’s stated that a ticket purchase is required. Open lawn seating on lawn chairs and blankets for all free concerts. For free concerts, picnics, snacks and coolers with beverages are allowed, including beer and wine, but no glass containers, please.
Paid-ticket concerts have different rules. If the concert you’re attending required you to buy a ticket, chairs will be provided for you, concessions will be sold (including beer and wine), and no pets will be allowed on the lawn. Please do not bring chairs, coolers, picnics, beverages or pets to a paid-ticket concert.
