The sweet sounds of unforgettable pop rock
from the ‘70s & ‘80s
In 1970, four young musicians from Los Angeles came together to create an invigorating style of music exploring progressive classical and world music that’s rooted in the soul of R&B. The result was Ambrosia, a soft rock band that garnered five hit singles, five Grammy nominations, heavy FM airplay, sold-out concerts around the world, and the respect and admiration of the musical community. With three of its four original members still performing, Ambrosia continues to tour and delight audiences with their hits, “How Much I Feel,” “You’re the Only Woman,” “Holdin’ On” and “Biggest Part of Me.” Visit Ambrosia’s Web site for a great video about the band and clips of their songs.
Free admission unless it’s stated that a ticket purchase is required. Open lawn seating on lawn chairs and blankets for all free concerts. For free concerts, picnics, snacks and coolers with beverages are allowed, including beer and wine, but no glass containers, please.
Paid-ticket concerts have different rules. If the concert you’re attending required you to buy a ticket, chairs will be provided for you, concessions will be sold (including beer and wine), and no pets will be allowed on the lawn. Please do not bring chairs, coolers, picnics, beverages or pets to a paid-ticket concert.
